When a homepage serves five audiences equally well, it usually serves none of them.
The committee page
Every team wants representation above the fold. The result is a page that lists everything and commits to nothing.
Choosing a primary audience is not abandoning the others. It is deciding who the first screen is for.
Route, don't cram
Secondary audiences are better served by dedicated pages than by squeezed sections. Give them a clear route rather than a compromise.
One primary action
Competing calls to action split intent. Pick the one that matters and let everything else be secondary.
